Pickering Town Centre Condos is a new condo project by CentreCourt and is currently in pre-construction. Pickering Town Centre architect is designed by architects-Alliance. The new project will be located at 1355 Kingston Road in Pickering. The major intersection is Liverpool Road & Highway 401.

This is a proposed site of the redevelopment of Pickering Town Centre on a 56 acres of land. The site will house 10+ buildings and over 6,000 units. This will a mixed use residential condo, rental, commercial retail, seniors and youth facility, gymnasium, theatre, art gallery, library and parkland development.

Phase 1 is expected to launch fall of 2023. This will bring on the new Downtown Durham. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Pickering Town Centre Condos is still unknown.
